Add a Microsoft Teams for Jira plugin version compatible with Jira 8.19.x

      Problem Definition

      According to our marketplace page for Microsoft Teams for Jira, the latest available version we have for this plugin (2021.07.57) is compatible with Jira Server/Data Center 7.0.0 - 8.18.2. With that said, customers that upgraded Jira to 8.19.x cannot install this app from Atlassian's Marketplace.

      Suggested Solution

      Add a Microsoft Teams for Jira version which can be used with Jira Server/Data Center 8.19.x.
