During the issue creation (on MS Teams app already integrated with JIRA using the MS Teams for JIRA Plugin) the Custom Fields (type Single Choice) display disabled options

Issue Summary

During the issue creation (on MS Teams app already integrated with JIRA using the MS Teams for JIRA Plugin) the Custom Fields of type "Single Choice" with disabled options displays all their options (including the disabled ones).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure your JIRA and MS Teams to accept Issue creation through the MS Teams app.
2. On JIRA, create a new Custom Field with type: "Single Choice" (Administration > Issues > Custom Field > Add Custom Field > Select List (Single Choice))
3. Configure this Custom Field to have some options
4. The next screen will ask you to associate field to some screens. Add it to the creation screens you will use for the test.
5. Disable 1 option from this Custom field (Admin > Issues > Custom Field > in the Custom Field's line you created > Click on the Cogwheel > Configure)
6. Click in Disable for 1 option;

If you try to create an issue directly in JIRA, you won't see the disabled option. However, it's available to be selected through the MS Teams, and worse, the issue can be created selecting this disabled option.

Expected Results

MS Teams to do NOT display disabled options of Single Choice custom fields during the issue creation.

Actual Results

MS Teams is displaying all the options of Single Choice custom fields during the issue creation. In addition, it's enabling us to create issues with this disabled option selected.
