Print view of greenhopper issues should be paginated

      Running in an enterprise environment, so don't have direct access to this information. Suspect that this won't be relevant for a new feature request anyway.

      When using the planning board and printing issues, the output should be paginated so that issues aren't broken across pages. This would also mean that issues would line up if you were to stack pages allowing the printout to be guillotined so that the cards can be stuck on the wall as well.
