Currently, it is not possible to put custom third-party sidebar sections above the Jira ones (
"Details" and "More fields"). For example, if you have the "Harvest Time tracking" and "Infracost" Jira apps installed, their appropriate sections show up below the default Jira fields. It is not possible to drag those sections up and pin them above the Jira ones. It would be very helpful, since 3rd-party fields, such as time tracking ones, for example, are accessed much more frequently than the Jira ones.
