Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
When users schedule AutoManged sprints, they can set the default destination for incomplete issues. However when a user closes the sprint manually, Jira doesn't suggest the chosen destination as default, instead, Jira suggests a backlog.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Schedule AutoManaged sprint and set the default incomplete issue destination to another sprint e.g. Future Sprint.
   
2. Create an issue in the AutoManaged sprint. Don't complete it.
3. Start Sprint.
4. Go to Active Sprint View.
5. Try to close Sprint manually.

Expected Results

Complete Sprint dialog preselects the destination set when configuring the sprint, in this case: Future Sprint

Actual Results

Complete Sprint dialog has Backlog selected as the destination, despite the destination configured in Edit Sprint dialog

Workaround

The user can check the selected destination in the Edit Sprint dialog and set it manually in the Complete Sprint dialog before completing the sprint.
