Summary

When creating issues from Bitbucket Server side, the Create Issue screen show fields in incorrect order.
This seems to be a regression of https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-20161

Steps to Reproduce

• Environment used for the test:
  1. BitBucket 6.10.0 and Jira 8.13.9
  2. BitBucket 8.2.0 and Jira 8.13.9, Jira 9.4.3

• Modify the order of the fields in Jira, for instance,  Summary - Description - Priority and observe the create issue screen in Jira:
• In Bitbucket side, open the Create Issue modal window and observe the order of the fields presented:

Expected Results

The Create Issue modal window in Bitbucket should show the fields in the same order shown in Jira (observed when using Environment 1)

Actual Results

The Create Issue modal window shows fields in incorrect order (observed when using Environment 2)

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
