Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to backlog view
2. Expand versions panel
3. Open create version dialog using "+" button found at the top of the panel
4. Type in any name
5. Use calendar to auto-fill any date input
6. Try submitting the dialog form

Expected Results

Version is properly created

Actual Results

Version is not created, date format form validation error is shown under the auto-filled date input

Workaround

Fill out the date input manually following the required date format
