Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create new Kanban projects
2. Do not create any issue
3. Enter the board and observe console logs

Expected Results

There are no any 400 HTTP errors in the console.

Actual Results

Boards are displayed without visual regressions
In the console log, you can find:
