As a user I want to navigate directly to the issue linked via "Open in the app" button, either I have active user session in mobile app or not. 

Context

Given user follows "Open in the app" link from mobile browser, they will be redirected to the issue only in case they have active session in mobile app. In other cases, they will be prompted to login first and then will be redirected to main page.
