Issue Summary

There is no need to fill Team or User account form when configuring linking Bitbucket Cloud in recent JSW.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1: Go https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/linking-bitbucket-cloud-accounts-938846899.html and follow the instruction of "Link your Bitbucket Cloud account"
2. Step 2: In the instruction of "3. Enter the Team or User account name.", there is no Team or User account form in recent JSW.

Expected Results

Delete "3. Enter the Team or User account name." in the instruction.

Actual Results

In the instruction, "3. Enter the Team or User account name." is written, but there is no Team or User account form in recent JSW.

Workaround
