Clicking "Where is my field" when adding Epic from Epics panel makes JSW hanging.

Issue Summary

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login as Jira Administrator to be able to see "Where is my field?" button in Fields configuration.
2. Go to Backlog of the project.
3. Go to Epics panel on the left hand-side.
4. Click on "+" to add an epic.
5. Click on the gear icon to configure fields.
6. Click on the "Where is my field?"

This makes Jira hanging. To escape you have to click on "Create" multiple times. All the described steps are recorded on the attached video.

Expected Results

You can configure fields without any issues.

Actual Results

Jira is hanging and to escape you have to click on "Create" multiple times.

Workaround

Configure Epics by clicking "Create" button at the top panel of Jira. After choosing Issue Type: Epic configure fields. "Where is my field?" triggered from that menu is fully operational.
