Track the status of Sprint goals

As a team, we'd like to review how we've been faring on Sprint Goals.

Currently, Jira allows a Sprint Goal text field on Sprints but doesn't allow an input of "Sprint Goal accomplishment" to track how the team's been performing on Sprint Goals.
This isn't the same as "Sprint Completion" because not all Stories are part of the Sprint Goal.

Maybe a parallel can be traced to Issues that have both Status and Resolution fields — the Resolution adds more qualitative info into the "Done" Status.
Similarly, a "Sprint Goal Resolution" would add more qualitative info into completed Sprints.
