      If the data from the AO_575BF5_DEV_SUMMARY table is removed as per the above link new data is repopulated when the issue is viewed within Jira. This feature request is to provide a mechanism for Jira to request the missing developer information and repopulate the AO_575BF5_DEV_SUMMARY table.
