User picker for Assignee in Update Issue Field post function is not working

Environment

.

Steps to Reproduce

• Open any workflow in edit mode
• Create a new post function, Add "Update Issue Field" post function
• Select Assignee in "Issue Field:"
• Try typing username in the Field Value

Expected Results

It should search for the username based on the entry by user

Actual Results

The user picker doesn't search for user. If the username is not correctly entered and the post function is added, it displays "The Assignee of the issue will be cleared."

Workaround

Give the complete username and add. If it is correct, it should show properly. If username is not present, it will show "The Assignee of the issue will be cleared."
