Burnup Chart redirects to Burndown Chart

      Issue Summary

      Under the Board Reports, the Burnup Chart redirects to Burndown Chart
      Also happens in a clean Jira install. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install/Upgrade Jira to 8.22.2
      2. Access a Scrum Board
      3. Go to Board Reports > All Reports
      4. Click on either Burnup Chart under drop-down menu or Agile option more below

      Expected Results

      Burnup Chart should load normally

      Actual Results

      Jira loads Burndown Chart

      Workaround

      To restore the burnup chart please add the dark feature setting as outlined in How to manage dark features in Jira to the instance.

      com.atlassian.jira.agile.darkfeature.burnupchart.enabled

            Yes, it is safe to use it. 
            It is just a workaround if you are still not able to patch your Jira to 8.22.3.
