Few rows are difficult to edit while on "view" mode

Jira allows rich texts to be added to fields like Description. While working with Tables, the icons appear for adding/deleting cells etc.. if they appear on top of row, it is very difficult to edit those rows.

• Switch to text mode while editing the table
• You can identify the header row and columns in this format
