Issue Summary

Import a csv with comments columns that contain values. Use a configuration file with the import. When the import is done the comments will be duplicated

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a software project
2. Import csv with comment columns with a configuration file
3. Use ; delimiter
4. Watch the issue with comments and see them being duplicated

Expected Results

There should not be any duplicated comments

Actual Results

There are duplicated comments

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
