Support transition screens in MS Teams for Jira

      At the moment, it is only possible to change the status in MS Teams for Jira.

      We would like to have the ability for the transition screens to be supported. This becomes useful when we want the users to enter certain fields during transition. For example, let the users choose the value for "Resolution" as compared to having the same value when using post-function.
