When using the Control Chart, the board needs to have all status mapped onto the board.
Issues, that used to be on the board, but have moved on to a status, that is no longer on the board will not be part of the calculation.
The status might be unmapped because they are outside of the control of the time, and concern the post-tracking on an issue
It would be nice, if there would be an option to include tickets with unmapped status, that have a resolution into the calculation.
