A pop-up showing the JQL for the filter in Manage Filter

Use Case:

When I hover the pointer over the URL for a filter in Manage Filter I would like a pop-up which should the JQL for that filter.

Expected Advantage: The user would not need to open/navigate to the filter (ie it would same time).
