Inserting an Issue link into an issue description field doesn't resolve the link

      Issue Summary 

      JIRA DC doesn't resolve issues with status, instead, it's just a link, whilst JIRA cloud resolves the link in the description with status

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open Jira 
      2. Create issue 
      3. Paste an issue link in the description
      4. Save 

      Expected Results

      Jira DC should also resolve the link just like Jira cloud. 

      Actual Results

      Jira DC doesn't resolve the link, instead, it's just a link
