Issue Summary
When making changes in child tickets linked to the parent such as change status, it does not show in the history tab of the parent ticket.
Steps to Reproduce
- Click on the child ticket of the parent
- Change status of the ticket I.E to do - progress
- View history tab in the parent ticket - No change is shown
Expected Results
Every change in the child tickets should be shown in the parents history tab.
Actual Results
The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:
