In the instance we are working on, we need to create custom fields from the rest api or from the database, because we carry out an integration with a tool developed at home, we do not find documentation of it but for us it is very important to carry out this action.

We have inserted a field from the database but the front side does not update, is there a table that needs to be updated after it is inserted or something like that?
