Inconsistent languages displayed in Agile Wallboard gadget

      Issue Summary

      The customer is using English as default language.
      However, Some Japanese message show in Agile Wallboard gadget.
      The message used to be English, but it changed to Japanese suddenly.

      It is very similar to JRASERVER-42361  , but different plugin.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. It happened suddenly in production environment. Not sure what triggered this change.

      Expected Results

      Message is showing in English consistently.

      Actual Results

      The message changed to Japanese suddenly.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
