Problem Definition
At the moment, our documentation Configuring columns doesn't have the explanation on conditions lead to having exclamation mark on statuses.
Suggested Solution
It would be great to have a section that explains the conditions that could lead to having exclamation marks on statuses, shown on Board's column management page.
Some of the conditions:
- The status is still mapped on the board but is no longer part of the board's workflow.
- The board's filter specify issue type that uses different workflows, and the exclamation mark indicates statuses that appears in one workflow but not the others.
