Same Story moved between multiple Sprint don't show up in Burn-down chart

Issue Summary

When a Story is moved from between Sprints multiple times, then the removed Issue is not seen in Burndown chart with Event Details: "Issue removed from sprint".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create multiple Sprints - Sprint 1, Sprint 2, Sprint 3
2. Add Story to all Sprints
3. Start Sprint 1
4. Move one Story from Sprint 1 to Sprint 2
5. Complete Sprint 1
6. Result #1
7. Start Sprint 2
8. Move the same Story (which was moved from Sprint 1) from Sprint 2 to Sprint 3
9. Complete Sprint 2
10. Reult #1

Expected Results

In Result #1, under the Burndown chart for Sprint 1, we should see the Issue tagged with Event details: "Issue removed from sprint"
In Result #2, under the Burndown chart for Sprint 2, we should see the Issue tagged with Event details: "Issue removed from sprint"

Actual Results

In Result #1, under the Burndown chart for Sprint 1, we should see the Issue tagged with Event details: "Issue removed from sprint"
In Result #2, under the Burndown chart for Sprint 2, we DON'T SEE Issue mentioned in the Report tagged with Event details: "Issue removed from sprint"
