Issue Summary

On the Jira 8.14 release notes it is stated that "selecting elements from dropdowns or group pickers is simplified. We’ve made a couple of other tiny improvements that will smooth the flow and boost your overall experience." and this option isn't working

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on Create button in order to create an issue.
2. On the priority field (or another field that has a dropdown menu) change between the options.

Expected Results

A grey pop-up shows up in order to help the user's choice like in the following gif from the release notes page: 

Actual Results

The pop-up didn't show up

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
