Select All Option for Associating Custom Field with Screens

      When associating a custom field to a screen there should be a Select All option instead of having to select all the screens individually.

      1. Under Fields, click Custom fields.
      2. Find the custom field and click   > Screens. 
      3. There is no Select All option to just add the Custom Field to all screens

      This option will be helpful when not using a Default Screen and using custom screens to add the field to all screens.
