Issue Summary

Currently when you select Gitlab type of DVCS connector the configuration UI states that you should input "Team or User Account". As our Gitlab integration supports only using Groups this messaging is confusing. It would be great if the UI could toggle to better descriptive text that indicates the expected input rather than the generic text that exists for all types of DVCS endpoints.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Administration > DVCS Accounts and click "Link an account"
2. Toggle "Host" field to GitLab Self-Managed, or GitLab.
3. Observe that the field you need to input a Group has the text of "Team or User Account".

Expected Results

The text should change from "Team or User Account" to "Group" with some description or link to how to find this information in GitLab.

Actual Results

The field says "Team or User Account"

Workaround

None. You just have to input Group account.
