Split issue on KANBAN board backlog gives error

Summary

When a customer tries to Split the issue on the KANBAN board backlog, it gives the option to send to Scrum board Sprints. And if we select these options we get errors.

This happens for those project which contains at least one Scrum board.

1. Navigate to Kanban board backlog
2. right-click on any issue- > select split issue
3. select any sprint from the dropdown for "send to"

Jira 8.13.1 & 8.13.3

Expected Results

Kanban backlog -> Split issue -> Send to should not display option from Scrum board Sprints

Actual Results

It displays the Sprints from the Scrum board and if the user selects any of them it gives an error
