Description
Problem
After the implementation of JSWSERVER-7740, the reports started to be using activatedDate instead of sprint's Start Date. A customer reported that their business creates the tickets after the sprint creation and this is preventing them to have the sprint burndown as usual.
Suggested Solution
Allow customers to keep using the defined Start Date on reports
Why This Is Important
The actual behavior is preventing them to utilize some reports as usual.
