As a user, I want to be able to see when OAuth tokens will expire.

• I opened a ticket (JSP-414922) and confirmed OAuth tokens will last for five years (per Atlassian/Jira documentation)
• However, in the same support ticket, the agent confirmed they are unable to retrieve the expiration date at all
• The answer I got was summarized as the "UI assumes you have the knowledge of the default Token duration, and just add 5 years to the "Approved on" date."

This suggestion is because as users and admins, we want to ensure it is clearly visible when an OAuth token will expire.
