Issue Summary
Whenever two different users attempt to create a filter with the same name, Jira will allow it, which can lead to confusion and poor user experience while trying to manage boards.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in as User A and create a filter called First Filter.
- Log off.
- Log in as User B and attempt to create a new filter called First Filter.
Expected Results
Actual Results
- Jira allows the filter to be created.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
