Problem Statement

Work Completed on the Burnup Chart issue breakdown is summing up wrongly if the sprint has work scope decreased

Steps to replicate

1. Create Scrum Board and an issue with Zero Story points (optional)
2. Create a new Sprint with the issue and Start
3. Create new issue with Estimation of 5 Story Points on the Backlog
4. Add the issue into an Active sprint
5. Decrease the story point from 5 to 4 Story points
6. Transition the Issue to Done
7. Complete the Sprint

Expected Result

The Work Completed in Sprint breakdown on the bottom of the burnup chart should show the transition from 0 -> 1 Story Points

Actual Result

Number of Work Completed is transitioning from 0 > -1 instead (work completed is being negative)

• On this screenshot I had also closed and reopened the issue to validate the addition/removal of the original 5 Story Points before changing it to 4.

Or Prevent from Work Scope being reduced
