Accessing issues through the Issue Detail View does not update the Last Viewed value

Issue Summary

Whenever you access an issue through a board's Issue Detail View, the Last Viewed value is not updated.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an issue.
2. Access the issue through the Issue View Screen. If you search for this issue and allow the Last Viewed value to be displayed in the issue navigator, you will notice that the value has just been updated.
3. Access a board that includes this issue.
4. Access this issue through the board's Issue Detail View.
5. Search again for the same issue.

Expected Results

1. The Last Viewed value is updated.

Actual Results

1. The Last Viewed value is not updated.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior other than accessing it through the View Issue Screen.
