The CFD diagram is nearly indecipherable once a project ramps up and has a large historical amount of issues closed.

What ends up happening is you have a large stack of done issues, and a tiny sliver of others at the top.

For the CFD to be useful, you really want "Done" to reset to 0 (or near 0), otherwise, you can't really analyze the diagram. Basically, whatever date is the start date we're analyzing in the diagram, hide all resolved items preceding that date.

As a user reported in JRASERVER-64003, a quick filter is a workaround but it's clumsy, especially if you zoom on different time periods.
