When creating a new sprint, display Workload by Assignee for current sprints

      Problem Definition

      As a project manager, I need to be able to more easily refer back to the previous/current sprint's workload by assignee while creating a new sprint.

      Suggested Solution

      Display all currently assigned issues/story points for other open sprints per user on the "Workload by Assignee" screen when starting a new sprint.

      Why this is important

      This will help me ensure a balanced distribution of work among users in the new sprint I am creating.

      Workaround

      • In a different browser tab/window, search for open sprints, for example: 
        Sprint in openSprints() ORDER BY status ASC
      • Then go to reports and generate a `Single Level Group By
        Assignee` report to see each user's workload
