Improve issue type suggestion while creating issue from Epic

      Problem Definition

      Currently, if a user accessed an Epic page and clicked on "+" to create an issue from Epic page, he/she will see that the issue type that is suggested is the last issue that was created. If the last issue created was an Epic issue, the user will have to manually change the issue type to non Epic type before creating an issue.

      This can cause some confusion since Jira does not allow creating Epic under another Epic.

      Suggested Solution

      Exclude Epic issue type from Issue Type suggestion when a user tries to create an issue from the Epic issue page.

      Workaround

      Manually change the issue type to a non Epic type.
