Problem Definition
Github recently introduced the draft pull request for their Github Organization accounts.
At the moment, there is no way to differentiate between a Draft pull request and a normal pull request in the Workflow trigger which causes a "Pull request created" trigger configured to be executed when a Draft pull request has been created.
