1. Wind your system clock forward to the future, and create a jira issue,
2. Associate it to a version (may not be required)
3. View the Chart board (the issue should be displayed correctly)

4. Wind the clock back in time
5. Log into JIRA
5. Now view the same Chart board and you'll get an error
