Problem Definition

It's not clear from the documentation Configuring columns that the rightmost column in a board represents the "Definition of Done".

Any issue that is not transitioned to a status under this column will be sent to backlog or carried forward to a future sprint.

This is a point of confusion that was raised several times in the community and support tickets:

Suggested Solution

Improve the documentation to make it clear. There was a previous similar request to fix the docs in JSWSERVER-2129 but it's no longer the case.
