Align Jira Server UI with Jira Cloud

      Dear Product Owners for Jira Server and Jira Cloud

      I'd like to strongly suggest an alignment for UI/UX between Server and Cloud.

      Currently, Cloud has a Other UI than that of the Server.

      The same UX should be used for both products.
