When using a mobile phone to view Jira, and if the browser is set to mobile view, there would be a "Open in app" button at the bottom of some pages. At the moment, this button cannot be disabled.

We suggest to provide the option to disable this button, as it covers some part of the screen and potentially causes inconvenience to users who are unable to view the contents behind the button.
