Issue Summary

Split Issue in the Backlog should add default values from custom fields

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Select List or any custom field type.
2. Add a default value to the Select List custom field.
3. Go to any Scrum board with a project with the Select List added to its screens.
4. Create a Story issue. (You will notice the default value is added)
5. Split the issue. (You will notice the split issue is not added with the default value)

Expected Results

The default value will be added to the split issue.

Actual Results

The default value is not added to the split issue.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
