Add Jira mobile compatibility to Jira versions earlier than 8.3

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      According to Jira Server Mobile App Documentation the Mobile app is only available for instances 8.3+.

      Customers with previous versions request retro compatibility and/or workaround to be able to use the app.

      Current option available: Upgrade to Jira 8.3
