Issue Summary
A custom logo on a transparent background prevents the workaround in JRASERVER-45829 from working. Further color customization does not persist.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Upload a new logo with a green, red, gray or any other color background besides blue.
2. See that the header color and everything changed accordingly.
3. Upload another new logo with a transparent background instead of the colored background above.
4. See that the header color probably changed colors again (if it was just transparent and white it will change it back to "default" colors, or if you have any other color in the logo it will change it to that)
5. Click the Undo button to get back to the colors from the background of the first image.
6. Notice how the actually visible colors haven't changed, but the color selections in the look and feel section show the colors from before correctly.
7. Attempting to reset the colors by manually typing in the color codes (the workaround in JRASERVER-45829 ) does not work.
Expected Results
You should be able to modify the colors manually.
Actual Results
The color selection cannot be modified.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
