      Issue Summary

      Using the latest Google Chrome browser, drag and drop functionality (touch) in Kanban boards don't work. Note that this seems only affecting Kanban boards and works fine with Scrum boards. Using the mouse, it is also working fine.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Update Google Chrome to the latest 79.0.3945.x
      2. Access Jira using any device that has touch functionality (e.g. mobile phone, tablet)
      3. Go to the Boards and open one Kanban board.
      4. Try to drag and drop one issue within the board.

      Expected Results

      Issues can be moved across the board (touch screen)

      Actual Results

      Drag and drop does not work in Kanban board when using touch screen devices.

      Use Mozilla firefox
