      Issue Summary

      Removing and re-adding Bibucket cloud account in DVCS accounts results in "Invalid credentials, please reset OAuth settings"

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Run Jira Software 8.6.0 on PostgreSQL 10.10 or 11.5
      2. Add Bitbucket cloud account in "DVCS Accounts" admin section
      3. Remove this account
      4. Try to add this account again with new OAuth details

      Expected Results

      The account is properly linked

      Actual Results

      "Invalid credentials, please reset OAuth settings" message is displayed

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
