      Issue

Currently, we cannot connect to Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing during Jira Installation because Jira offers no facility to edit the JDBC connect string to include the oracle wallet location during setup. This string is editable after installation in the dbconfig.xml file, but if a file is created, then the setup dialogue exits.

      Summary

We need an ability to input raw connect string rather than just the host/port/service name of the current installation dialogue.

      Sample Connect String Requirement: <jdbc-datasource>
      <url>jdbc:oracle:thin:@oacipoc_tp?TNS_ADMIN=/home/oracle/network/admin</url>
