Issue Summary

When a user selects Swimlane option of "Other Issues" or "Everything Else" and return to board view, they will see:

"Other Issues" as "gh.rapid.swimlane.parentchild.default.name"
"Everything Else" as "gh.issue.noassignee"

Environment

Only affects Jira 8.2.X.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a board.
2. Create a Sprint
3. Create some Stories and under some of the Stories, create subtasks.
4. Add the Stories to the Sprint and start the Sprint.
5. Switch the swimlane option to Assignee and go back to board. For unassigned issues, Jira will group it under "gh.issue.noassignee"
6. Switch the swimlane option to Stories and go back to board. For Stories without subtask, Jira will group it under "gh.rapid.swimlane.parentchild.default.name"

Expected Results

1. When swimlane option of Assignee is chosen, Jira should group the unassigned issue under "Everything Else"
2. When swimlane option of Stories is chosen, Jira should group the unassigned issue under "Other Issues"
